Gerald Tottman, Principal
Gerald Tottman has worked with a broad range of clients from municipalities to commercial enterprises. His extensive knowledge of parking management companies, equipment technologies, parking operations and revenue control procedures ensure his clients’ parking facilities are efficient and financially viable. Gerald is an active member of both the Institute of Transportation Engineers and the Canadian Parking Association.
Ken Petry, Associate
Ken Petry has worked in the parking industry since 1985, first as a Parking Services Manager for the City of Bellingham, Washington, then as a Parking Administrator for several major hospitals in the lower mainland of Vancouver, BC. Ken has been a member of the board of directors for the Canadian Parking Association since 1998 and served as president from 2008-2010.
Wayne Mercer, Associate
Wayne Mercer has over twenty years’ experience with pay parking program design, technology and management. The majority of this experience was with the Parking Corporation of Vancouver, where as VP Operations, he managed operations ranging from surface lots up to the 1,600 space Pacific Centre parkade. His most recent experience was with the City of Richmond, BC, where Wayne was involved with pay parking and regulatory program design based on transportation demand management, safety & liability, progressive rate structures, cost-effective staffing and effective enforcement models.
Kelly Kellogg, Associate
Kelly Kellogg has worked in the parking industry since 2001, working for Spots Parking a division of Oxford Properties Group, then transferring to VINCI Park in June 2005 as Operations Manager. Kelly was instrumental in the development of the equipment and operational strategies established for Canada Place, Vancouver. Mr. Kellogg’s strengths are in operations, project management, parking equipment, budgeting, auditing, design and wayfinding.
